The Goddess Laxmi is devoted to Him, and to attain Her, the other gods endeavour. Whose name, heard and spoken of, destroys all inauspiciousness. For Whose sake the lineage of the Rishis and Dharma itself holds meaning. For such Krishna, it is not strange that He should relieve the earth of her burden, for He holds the discus which represents Time.
